Contemporary Five-Bedroom Home with Outdoor Living Space House Plan 930-475

With five bedrooms and five-and-two-half bathrooms, this 6,136-square-foot home is ideal for entertaining or housing a large family with ease. Beyond the main portico, this luxurious home opens to a foyer space, which is bordered by the formal dining room and flows effortlessly into the great room. This space borders the kitchen, which features a large center island and breakfast nook. Perhaps one of the most impressive features of this home is the glass wall in the great room, which opens completely to let the main living space flow onto the solana for seamless indoor/outdoor living.

Across the loggia, re-enter the home through the study, which borders the primary suite. This luxe suite includes a sizable bedroom, two large closets, a third designated purse/shoe closet, and a bathroom with dual sinks across the suite’s foyer. Straight ahead, a gallery hall leads into the grand room, which borders the kitchen and breakfast nook. On the grand room’s opposite end, a versatile bedroom/study space is a perfect option for those working from home and includes its own closet, access to a private full bathroom, and an exit to the porch. At the rear of the home, a vaulted screen porch is perfect for enjoying time outdoors and provides simple access to the home’s wraparound porch.
